Conker have been appointed to carry out the detailed design of a barn conversion into a 4 bedroom dwelling.

It is being designed to meet the AECB Silver Standard for energy efficiency.  The lean-to area will be timber I-joist construction and the Dutch barn is to be internally framed with a straw infill system.
