On 22nd May 2026, the Starr Place Eco Hub will officially open, marking the completion of the only A rated, self sufficient office development in Canterbury!

We have recently learned that the development has received an excellent A rating EPC, which the assessor put down to excellent design and insulation.

The offices are fully let and we look forward to officially welcoming our new neighbours, Clout Agency, University of the Third Age and Pressage.
