Planning Permission Obtained for Listed Oast, Canterbury
Converted in the 1970’s, when the industry was not sympathetic to old buildings.
We have consent to remove some 1970’s features and restore traditional windows and doors, along with a small extension and extensive thermal improvements.

Infra red thermography was carried out with air leakage test result of 7.75 ACH as existing; this will inform our refurbishment proposals.
