A charming Edwardian dwelling on the seafront which has suffered the ignominy of numerous unsympathetic ‘upgrades’ by previous owners, including sashes replaced with plastic windows; clay tiles replace by concrete Redland ’49s’; and all exterior surfaces including rafter feet coated in a textured ‘wonder’ paint.
