We have carried out air leakage testing and thermographic survey of a house near Wye constructed in 1987.  Air leakage proved to be so bad that the carpets lifted up during the test, and huge areas of missing roof insulation were found.

Works are planned to start this year on a total roof overhaul and new zinc clad dormer windows.
