Paul contributes to raising awareness about Retrofit, working with the University of the Creative Arts, UCA, Canterbury. UCA have won funding to promote retrofit to the community and are engaging with locals, running workshops and will produce guidance.

The first step was a walking talk around the town looking at an AECB Standard retrofit, 2 new Passivhauses, and understanding the house types in the town and the unique challenges faced.
