This was the second stage of our survey for refurbishing the roof which revealed a superbly solid roof structure and steel frame in good condition.

We have to tackle draughts, thermal bridging and structural ventilation issues in order to reduce the air leakage of the apartment from 6.5 down to around 2.5.
