Straw Bale Extension
The straw bale extension is structurally complete and receiving its haircut before lime plastering on both inside and outside.


The EPDM roofing and zinc flashings are complete.
The client is insulating the existing building with 160mm wood fibre, on a parge coat, with help from a local contractor. Once insulation is all fixed it can be rendered.

New triple glazed windows were fitted and located in the optimal thermal position in the solid walls.
