The new Starr Place Eco Hub will be available for new tenants in March. The four new business units are being completed and we are inviting expressions of interest from anyone who wants to run their business from a new, energy efficient unit with ultra-low running costs within walking distance of Canterbury West Station and the River Stour.

From just £500 a month tenant can move into their new office, complete with fast Wifi, shower facilities, cycle storage and a community garden.
