We carried out a full measured survey and inspection of this 1901 house, with a view to carrying out an EnerPHit upgrade and loft conversion.

Works are now underway, an external insulation system is in progress with scraped render finish. Triple glazed windows have been installed. MVHR ductwork in now in place ready for the MVHR unit to be fitted. Internal insulation to the bay window has been completed, and a limecrete floor has been laid over foamed glass insulation with cork perimeters.
